The office is led by John & Loïk Eyers and offers a full range of services around architecture, programming, urban planning and master planning as well as graphic and interior design

Position

Jaspers-Eyers Architects is looking for a part-time administrative assistant/receptionist (19,5 hours/week) for our Hasselt office.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Tuesday-Friday (priority in the afternoon)

  • Some flexibility needed in case of a colleague's absence

    Languages Required:

    • Excellent command of Dutch

    • Communication level of French and English

    Skills Required:

    • Experience in an administrative position is a plus.

    • Interest in workplace prevention is welcome.

    • Curious and solution-oriented self-starter.

    • Able to multi-task, make decisions and use discretion.

    • Able to define problems and communicate clearly.

    • Command of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • The ideal candidate is an organised, detail-oriented person.

          Main Responsibilities:

          • You will be the office's first point of contact. You will coordinate general administrative activities, including answering phones, taking messages, copying, scanning, registering correspondence, sorting, franking, providing administrative support to architects, coding-filing-archiving documents.

          • You advise the company to comply with legislation on safety, health and welfare at work. You analyse risks and make recommendations to reduce these risks. You can also quickly react to current situations.

          • Assist with administrative tasks such as incoming and outgoing deliveries, ordering office supplies, organizing meetings, managing the calendar and welcoming clients and guests.
