Waterside
Waterside is a mixed-use ensemble comprising a 6-storey (11.900 m²) office buildings located on the corner of the Espace North business district, as well as a 7-storey (4.800 m²) residential building that faces directly the water canal with views on the historic Tour & Taxis site on the other side. Completed in 2006, Waterside is often consider as the very first low-energy development in Brussels. The Waterside architecture made of glass, steel and bricks is reminiscent of the architecture found in the area, known for its rich industrial history.
