South City, the mixed-use ensemble located directly opposite the main entrance of the Gare du Midi, includes offices (32.150 m² in two buildings) and a 142-room hotel Park Inn by Radisson Brussels, managed by the Rezidor hotel group and houses meeting rooms and restaurant with a bar. New public square at the front of the building creates a welcoming entrance to the hotel.
The project was shaped around two landscaped inner courtyards that provide natural light and greenery for the the occupants and visitors. It also incorporates a series of retail shops at the ground level and an underground garage with space for 200 cars.
