Reconstruction of an office building from 1975 in the administrative center for Brussels. Since the original project was too old and small to correspond to today’s market and environmental needs, the architectural concept consisted in creating a building with a landmark identity for high-end specific tenants looking for such visibility in a location close to the European Union headquarters.
