Bella Vita
Bella Vita is a sustainable & unique real estate project at the gates of Waterloo. The property developers' idea was to build a whole neighborhood that would involve extensive renovation as well as newly build units. The site of area of 15 hectares has helped Waterloo overcome a housing shortage that was an issue for the past few years. Aside of 87 houses and 182 apartments, the projects consist also from a infrastructure such as a library, an indoor swimming pool, multipurpose facilities and a restaurant. A retirement home, service flats and a municipal childcare centre are also part of the complex.
